When Liz Cronin, a broker with
Windermere/Cronin & Caplan Realty Group
(her mother had started Cronin & Caplan
years before), decided to move to Realty
Trust Group, she wanted to say she had
moved without using a tired cliche.

I came up with the tagline, "Celebrate
Change," and developed copy and a bio for
her website. I also created an ad (both
concept and copy) specifically for the Mac
Club, where Liz is a well-known member.

Steps It UP
I helped my client celebrate her
fourth year publishing
Walk About
magazine with a mini health expo. I
developed the tagline and
supporting copy, including a poster,
coupon, and media advisory.

I also helped plan the event itself,
securing the venue and inviting
vendors.

I wrote a product review about a lighted safety vest

Walk About magazine. The business owner liked it
so well he decided to buy an ad in the magazine --
and use my copy in the ad.
Case Study: Wonders of Walking
I updated the marketing materials for Wonders of Walking, and the
organization's main event, the annual Willamette Valley Relay.

I developed the concept, then produced a series of brochures, fliers,
and the ad copy that ran in magazines and newspapers.
